About JAM
The JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.) is an online admission test conducted every year for taking admission into Master of Science (M.Sc.) and other Post-Graduate Science Programes at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Science (IISc), Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) and other top Indian Institutes.
JAM is being conducted since 2004 for provide admissions to M.Sc, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, etc.
The main aim of IITs and IISc is to build a sound foundation of knowledge, pursue excellence and enhance creativity in an intellectually stimulating environment. The Curriculum of programmes designed to provide opportunity to the students to devlope talent to challenging and rewarding professional life
JAM Examination is scheduled every year in the Month of February.
